Refund
Policy for Print Purchases
Although no one has yet asked for a refund -- and we
are confident no one ever will! -- we are happy to offer a generous refund policy to all
our customers. We believe our photos of monks and monasteries are beautiful images
that you can "live with" for many, many years. They are specially
processed to last a lifetime and more. And, when you buy one of these
archivally-processed, fine art prints, a portion of your purchase goes to support the
monastery that is pictured. We make our prints to reflect the way of life in them --
simple and elegant presentations of timeless truths people will turn to again and again
for many years to come. We are confident you will enjoy viewing these images day
after day and never get tired of them.
In that spirit, we want you to live with your Inner
Light Photographic Print for a few weeks before you decide the purchase is final. We
think thirty days is enough time, so here's what we'll do: if you're not happy with your
purchase, just send the undamaged print back to us in its original packing within thirty
days of receipt, and we'll gladly refund your money AND the shipping charges!
But just to be sure you will be satisfied with your
fine art print, we'll go one step further: we'll refund your money up to three months
after you receive your print! However, please understand that at the end of thirty
days, we will make a donation to the monastery depicted in the print you purchased.
Just to be safe, we'll check in with you to be sure you're happy with your purchase and
that we can go ahead with the donation. That donation is the sum of $45 per
purchased print and the donation is in YOUR NAME. Therefore, we are not able to
refund the full purchase price after that donation has been made. For three months,
however, we will still refund the remainder of your purchase minus the contribution to the
monastery ($105/print). For more information on our prints, just e-mail us (no subject or text
